A new method involving a mexican axolotl optimization algorithm and a recalling enhanced recurrent neural network has been developed. This method appears to be related to the optimization of a modular multilevel inverter fed photovoltaic system, although another application for axis adjustment of a hydro-generator unit using machine learning has also been mentioned. The exact focus of the method is unclear, with possible applications in both photovoltaic and hydro-generator systems.
