A World Cup fan village has opened at Rockefeller Center, featuring events and activities for fans. The village will include free match broadcasts on large screens, soccer clinics, and other events, and will remain open through at least July 19. Performances, such as one by the cast of Broadway's 'Buena Vista Social Club', are also scheduled to take place at the fan village.
