New therapies for hidradenitis suppurativa are showing rapid and deepening responses. However, it is unclear which specific therapies are being used, as reports mention various treatments, including tyk2 inhibitors, il-17a and il-36r blockade, and btk inhibitors, which are also being used to treat other conditions such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. The response rates for hidradenitis suppurativa appear to be improving with these new therapies.
