Research on neural fields and visuotactile perception is being explored for in-hand manipulation. Studies are investigating various approaches, including diffusion policy with tactile feasibility guidance and complementary visual localization and tactile mapping. These efforts aim to enhance robotic perception and movement control, potentially through the use of tactile sensors and auxiliary proprioceptive cues.
