Astronomers have discovered planet candidates that orbit two stars, similar to the fictional planet Tatooine in Star Wars. The number of discovered candidates is reported to be 27. These findings have been referred to as "Tatooine-like" planets or "Star Wars-like" worlds, due to their resemblance to the planet in the Star Wars franchise.
