Nitin Gadkari has shared a plan to reduce traffic congestion in Delhi, which includes new links that aim to halve traffic. The plan involves improvements to the city's infrastructure, including the introduction of multi-lane free flow tolling and a new tunnel to link South Delhi to the National Capital Region. The total cost of the initiative is reported to be either Rs 62,181 crore or Rs 1 lakh crore, with the goal of transforming Delhi's infrastructure and reducing pollution.
