Savannah Guthrie will not be hosting the Olympics due to a search for her missing mother. It appears that Mary Carillo will take over some of Guthrie's Winter Olympics coverage responsibilities. Craig Melvin's involvement in the Olympics coverage has also been affected, although the nature of his change in plans is not entirely clear.
