A penthouse in the seaport's "sky house" has entered into contract with an asking price of $20 million. Other luxury properties have also recently gone into contract, including a high line penthouse and an 80 clarkson property. The status of contracts for various other high-end properties, including those in brooklyn and houston, is also being reported.
