Secretary of State Antony Blinken has tested positive for covid. There are reports of other government officials also testing positive, including Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman. However, there is some uncertainty as the state department has also reported that Blinken tested negative for covid-19, although the circumstances of this test are unclear.
