An inquest has found that the treatment of a teenager from Shildon contributed to their death. The teen's mental health care has been widely criticized, with reports of poor treatment and failures in their care. It is also reported that a paramedic has been struck off for failing to help the girl, amid suggestions of multiple failures in her care.
