The Tianwen-2 space probe has reached an asteroid, also referred to as earth's quasi-moon. The probe is preparing to grab a sample from the asteroid, a potentially hazardous step. Reports indicate that the first photo of the quasi-moon has been released, although it is unclear if the probe's ultimate goal of landing on the asteroid has been achieved.
