Stonepeak and Energy Equation Partners have completed the acquisition of a majority interest in JET. However, some reports suggest the target of the acquisition may be Anwim, a polish fuel retailer, rather than JET. The deal is reportedly valued at €2.5 billion, with the sellers possibly including Enterprise Investors or Phillips 66.
