A new study suggests that the brains of "super-agers" have a special ability. Research indicates that these individuals, who have better memory as they age, may produce new neurons at a higher rate than their peers, with some findings suggesting they make at least twice as many new neurons. The study's findings also appear to link certain habits, such as fast walking, to a reduced risk of cognitive decline in older adults.
