Patches have been posted to seek mainline support for an Acer laptop powered by a Snapdragon processor. The laptop in question may be the Acer Swift SFA14-11 or possibly the Acer Aspire 1, with reports indicating that the latter is nearing or has nearly complete upstream linux support. Mainline linux support for the device appears to be approaching completion.
