A patch for Path of Exile 2, version 0.5.0, has been released, featuring a campaign overhaul, new league, and new ascendancies. The update also includes changes to the endgame, including revamps and adjustments to rewards. Further updates, including versions 0.5.1 and 0.5.2, have also been released, with additional changes to endgame rewards and other aspects of the game.
