Pennsylvania lawmakers have approved a measure to expand the sale of canned alcoholic drinks, including ready-to-drink cocktails, in various retailers. The new rules will allow sales in grocery stores, as well as other locations such as gas stations, and permit restaurants to sell canned cocktails to-go.
