A working group on prostate cancer has redefined trial frameworks, taking into account advancements in psma-pet and precision oncology. The group, referred to as either pcwg4 or the prostate cancer clinical trials working group, has made changes to terminology and biomarker standards for advanced prostate cancer. It is unclear if the changes are part of an update from a previous working group, possibly referred to as prostate cancer clinical trials working group 3.
