A dual JAK/TYK2 inhibitor has shown rapid improvement in atopic dermatitis. The treatment has been reported to achieve high clearance rates and improved symptoms in some trials, with mostly mild or moderate side effects. The effectiveness of this and other new therapies for atopic dermatitis and related conditions is being explored and presented at various medical conferences.
