Foyle's War mysteries are being revived and will be featured on PBS, bringing 1940's Cold War intrigue to the network. Meanwhile, another series, Jack Irish, is also being distributed in the US, this time by Acorn, due to its unique sensibility. The two series appear to be separate entities, each with their own distinct style and distribution channels.
