Rivian has released a software update, version 2025.46, which includes support for digital car keys, allowing users to store their car keys in their phone's wallet app. The update also features Universal Hands-Free driving. It is unclear if other car manufacturers, such as Tesla, will also offer similar digital key support in the Apple Wallet app, although there are indications that they may do so in the future.
