A wearable device is being reported to help stroke patients with dysarthria regain their ability to speak. The device, described as using artificial intelligence and possibly incorporating graphene, is said to translate silent throat signals into fluent speech. Various outlets have referred to the device by different names, including "Revoice", and have described it as a collar or intelligent throat, but all agree that it enables stroke patients to speak again.
