West Nile virus has been detected in mosquitoes in 13 cities in Orange County. The virus appears to be present in multiple areas, with some cities, including Fullerton, reporting the presence of infected mosquitoes. Reports of West Nile virus are not limited to Orange County, as other areas, including an inland empire city, have also detected the virus in mosquito samples.
