A whale graveyard has been discovered approximately 7km under the sea, with reports suggesting it may be the largest and deepest of its kind. The site, located in the Indian Ocean, is believed to have been accumulating whale remains for around five million years. The area is also said to be teeming with marine life, although details of the discovery and its significance are still emerging.
