Downtown Summerlin is experiencing changes in its dining scene, with some restaurants closing and new ones opening. A california-based ramen restaurant and a modern mexican restaurant are among the new establishments, and a popular global bakery is also set to open. The area will also be home to a new japanese restaurant, Jing, and possibly other new spots, including a location from a southern california-based restaurant chain.
