A post hoc analysis of the TOPAZ-1 trial has been conducted, examining the use of durvalumab in combination with gemcitabine and cisplatin in advanced biliary tract cancer. Other treatments, including sintilimab and toripalimab-based regimens, are also being studied in this patient population. The outcomes and potential toxicities of these treatments are being evaluated, with some analyses focusing on long-term survival and the burden of care.
