Takeda's zasocitinib has shown rapid and durable skin clearance in patients with plaque psoriasis in phase 3 studies. The treatment, administered as a once-daily pill, demonstrated consistent and high rates of skin clearance across the body, including hard-to-treat areas. Results from these studies suggest that zasocitinib may have a significant impact on psoriasis care.
