A 17-year-old construction worker has died after being hit by a concrete pipe at a building site. The incident occurred at a site in the north east, possibly in the Durham area, where the worker was employed, reportedly as a subcontractor for Esh. The worker suffered serious injuries and later died, with the parents having since paid tribute to the teenager.
