Tesla has started production of its Cybercab robotaxi, with the first unit reportedly coming off the production line at Gigafactory Texas. The production launch has been described as "very slow" to start, with plans to ramp up later. Testing of the Cybercab has also begun in Austin, with some units being tested without a steering wheel or pedals.
