A film adaptation of Emily Henry's "Beach Read" has begun production and is set to release in theaters in May 2027. The movie stars Phoebe Dynevor and Patrick Schwarzenegger, with a first look at the pair as characters January and Gus already available. Filming has started, although some fans of the book may have reservations about the casting.
