A personal account of the onset of a Hashimoto's flare is being shared. The condition is related to hypothyroidism, which may be experienced by some individuals from birth, although some babies diagnosed with it may outgrow it. Various aspects of living with hypothyroidism, including exercise, fatigue, and potential physical changes, are being discussed.
