A historic golf course, known as the Lido, that was once lost has been reborn in Wisconsin with the help of Tom Doak and the Keiser family. The original course, which was located in New York, had vanished, but its design is being re-created at Sand Valley Resort. The project is part of a larger effort, although some details, such as its relation to other restored courses, are unclear.
