A phylodynamic analysis has been conducted to examine the effect of interventions on the transmission and spread of HIV in South Africa. However, reports also mention studies on the impact of interventions on other diseases, including COVID-19, dysentery, and tonsillitis, in various locations such as Colombia, the United States, China, and Saudi Arabia. The focus of these studies appears to be on modeling and analyzing the effects of different intervention strategies on the spread of infectious diseases.
