Scientists have discovered ancient quasars and massive galaxies that are unexpectedly present in the early universe, shortly after the Big Bang. The findings, made with the help of the Euclid and James Webb telescopes, include what are reportedly the oldest known quasars and enormous distant galaxies. The existence of these objects is surprising, as they are not thought to have formed so soon after the universe's beginnings.
