Transgender activists and supporters have gathered in Washington D.C. and across the country to protest and rally for trans rights. The protests, which may have drawn thousands or even millions, appear to be part of a larger movement against transphobia and in support of gender-affirming care for trans youth. Arrests have been made, including outside the HHS headquarters in D.C., as part of the demonstrations.
