Turkey has initiated an auction process for solar power zones, with a 650 MW solar tender reportedly attracting 77 applications. The country is also holding an onshore wind auction, with some outlets indicating that power deals have been awarded in a 1.15GW onshore wind auction. Additionally, Turkey has launched auctions for both solar and wind power with deadlines in November.
