A turtle with multiple shell fractures was helped to recover with the use of a custom wheelchair, which was made from Lego pieces. The turtle, which was being cared for at the Maryland Zoo, has now been released back into the wild after healing. Reports vary on whether the wheelchair was made entirely of Legos or if 3D-printed parts were also used.
