University of Nevada, Reno medical students are making an impact through various research projects. The students' research efforts include developing rapid food poisoning detection and making medical ai safer, among other initiatives. Additionally, some university experts and faculty members, including those who have recently received awards or are nearing retirement after decades of service, are also contributing to the research and educational endeavors.
