Universal Content Productions (UCP) has acquired the rights to a screen adaptation of Wisecrack. UCP has also entered into a production agreement, possibly with a company called Dinner Party Productions. Additionally, a separate project, an adaptation of Long Bright River, has been ordered by Peacock, but its connection to the Wisecrack adaptation is unclear.
