Researchers are investigating the origins of heterogeneous superconductivity in a material known as La3Ni2O7. This material, also referred to as La3ni2o7-delta, has been found to exhibit superconducting properties. The specific characteristics of its superconductivity, including the presence of a Meissner effect, are being studied.
