Ukraine has struck targets in St. Petersburg, including an oil terminal, ahead of a major economic forum in the city. The attacks, reportedly carried out by drones, also hit other sites such as energy and military facilities, as well as a naval base. The strikes occurred as the economic forum, sometimes referred to as "Russian Davos", was getting underway.
