Ukrainian drone strikes have targeted oil refineries and other facilities in central Russia, causing disruptions and fires. The attacks have resulted in casualties, with reports of at least two and as many as 21 people killed in related violence. The strikes have hit multiple locations, including near St Petersburg and in the Samara region, and have affected major oil companies such as Rosneft.
