A case study on urban food waste generation and management strategies in Nonthaburi Municipality, Thailand, is being examined. The issue of food waste management is also being explored in other contexts, including sub-Saharan Africa and the United States, with discussions on sustainable solutions and policies. Various approaches to reducing food waste are being considered, including circular economy strategies, social impact assessments, and bioethanol production.
