Sport is being used to empower young refugees in various parts of the world. Programs and initiatives, such as soccer, basketball, and baseball, are being implemented to provide refugee youth with opportunities for teamwork and development. These efforts are being undertaken by different organizations, including the UNHCR, in countries such as Uganda, Burundi, and Rwanda.
