The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) has launched a vision for the general practice workforce, amid concerns about the community and a projected shortfall of specialist doctors. The RACGP is calling for general practitioners to be involved in addressing these issues, including sitting on a new workforce committee. The organization is also reflecting on its progress and strategic direction, as well as the wellbeing of registrars and the role of universities in shaping the future workforce.
