The statement said the success of the operation was enabled by timely intelligence sharing, real-time coordination and seamless execution by the participating agencies.
The seized contraband, with an estimated international market value of over Rs200m, represented a major disruption to smuggling networks operating in the region. The confiscated items were formally handed over to the ANF (Sindh) for further investigation and legal proceedings.
A spokesperson for the maritime security said the operation was conducted as part of ongoing counter-narcotics efforts, adding that the success underscored the agencies’ resolve to combat smuggling, safeguard maritime boundaries and contribute to regional security.
