A mother has forgiven the driver who killed her daughter, Chloe Hayman, in a crash in Caerphilly. The driver, who was under the influence of drugs, was initially sentenced, but there is a possibility that the sentence may be increased, with an appeal court considering the matter. The mother had also expressed a desire for a longer sentence for the driver.
