China is preparing for the impact of Super Typhoon Bavi, which is expected to bring further flooding and severe weather. The country has already experienced severe flooding and thunderstorms, as well as tornadoes, resulting in reported deaths. It appears that Typhoon Bavi has made landfall in eastern China, after also affecting other parts of east Asia, including Japan and Taiwan.
