Research on non-small cell lung cancer has led to advances in molecular pathology and therapy. However, challenges persist, including global disparities in access to diagnostics and therapies. The development of novel agents and targeted therapies, as well as optimizing biomarker testing, are among the areas being explored to improve treatment for this type of cancer.
