General Electric has completed a separation of its healthcare unit, now known as GE HealthCare. The company has also spun off another division, referred to as GE Vernova in some reports, and may be launching a new entity called GE Aerospace. The separation is part of a larger restructuring that may involve a three-way split, although details of the overall reorganization are not entirely clear.
