General Electric has completed a spinoff of its healthcare division, resulting in a standalone company. The new company, GE HealthCare, has begun trading on the Nasdaq. The spinoff is part of a larger restructuring that has also led to the separation of other divisions, including GE Vernova and GE Aerospace.
